Kaissa is an AI photo generation service that creates custom machine learning models from your reference images and generates professional-quality photos on demand via WhatsApp. Our service provides AI model training, image generation through WhatsApp chat, and a privacy-first approach where training data is automatically deleted after model creation.

2. WhatsApp Terms

Users must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy when using our service. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with WhatsApp's guidelines and policies. Our service operates through WhatsApp but is independent from WhatsApp Inc.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect the following information:

• Name and contact information
• WhatsApp phone number
• Payment information
• Reference images for AI model training (temporarily stored, then automatically deleted)
• Generated AI photos (stored for your access)

We automatically delete training images after your custom AI model is created. The AI-generated photos belong to you.

7. Service Limitations and Acceptable Use

Kaissa is an AI photo generation service intended for creating professional photos of yourself. You must only upload images of yourself or individuals who have given you explicit permission. We do not support or condone the creation of inappropriate content, deepfakes without consent, harassment, or any activities that violate applicable laws or ethical guidelines.

8. Children's Privacy

Kaissa is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
